David Tucker

David goes by the pseudo name inkxel derived from the combination of the words ink and pixel, the two mediums he combines to create his unique style. Originally from upstate New York, David Tucker studied print making in lithography, intaglio, wood and linoleum block printing until 2004 when he moved to Los Angeles to study Graphic design. David's style exhibits the conceptual clean form of a contemporary graphic designer with the textural richness found in print making. David's inspiration for design stemmed from the super flat blandness of contemporary design, the lack of personality that design has began to exhibit and the urge to bring artistic qualities back into design.
